Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Successfully completed Class 12th Graduation
- Earned a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Work Experience:
- Ideal to have adequate professional work experience (minimum of 1 year), but we encourage freshers to apply as well
- Test Scores:
- GMAT/GMAT Focus Edition/GRE/CAT -preferably within last 3 years
- If you haven’t taken any of the above, you can take the Scaler Management Test (SMT) to be eligible

Submission of Application
Candidates must submit their applications along with the following documents before the deadline:
- Class XII Marksheet
- Undergraduate Transcript/Degree
- Any Postgraduate Transcript/Degree
- Management Test Score GMAT / GMAT Focus / GRE / CAT
- If you haven’t taken any of the above, you can take the Scaler Management Test to be eligible for this program
- Updated Resume/CV
- Video Essay

Review Process
Applications are rigorously reviewed by the admissions committee to assess each candidate’s qualifications and fit for the program

Interviews
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for 2 rounds of 1:1 interviews to assess their suitability for our program, focusing on their journey, professional skills, and career goals
Step 4
Decision
Final decisions are made based on a comprehensive review of the candidate's application and interview performance
Step 5
Offer & Acceptance
If selected for the program, the candidate will have to communicate their final decision to the admissions committee
Accepted
For those who are accepted
Based on the profile evaluation and interviews, admitted students will be given an admission offer. Scholarship decisions will also be communicated along with the admission results
Waitlisted
For those who are waitlisted
Based on our internal ranking system, candidates could be waitlisted. Admission depends on the number of seats available for the cohort, and the admission committee will regularly reconvene to review the waitlisted candidates and roll out admission offers
Rejected
For those who are rejected
Rejected candidates are encouraged to re-apply in the following year. However, please note that application in the future rounds for the same academic year is not allowed
Scaler Management Test
The Scaler Management Test has 3 sections and has a total duration of 55 minutes
Scaler Management Test is structured to assess candidates’ proficiency in key areas relevant to Business Management Overall the Scaler Management Test aims to evaluate candidates aptitude. It serves as a comprehensive assessment tool to identify candidates’ strengths and areas of improvement, helping them prepare for a successful career in business

- Leadership position in organisations/college clubs
- Applying early significantly enhances the chances of receiving a scholarship. This allows admission counselors ample time to thoroughly review the application before presenting it to the scholarship committee
- Scholarship decisions are based on established rules and are at the discretion of the Scaler Impact Foundation and scholarship sponsors. Please note that once decisions are made, they are final and will not be reconsidered
