STEP 1
Check your Eligibility
Education
- Successfully completed Class 12
- Earned a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with the year of graduation between 2016 and 2026.
Work Experience
- Ideal to have a work experience of atleast one year, but freshers with internships, leadership roles in college, good projects, or even side hustles are welcome to apply.
Profile Based Evaluation
- We conduct a profile based evaluation based on your work experience, academics and co curricular and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated proactiveness through side projects, startups, or other hustles.

Submit Your Application Online
You will have 7 days from the payment of application fees to submit your application.

STEP 3
Appear for Round-1 Interview
If shortlisted, your interview will be scheduled within 3 days of submitting your application, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Round 1 - AI based Interview
- Conducted to understand your career goals, achievements, and problem-solving skills.
- If shortlisted from the AI interview then you get an Industry Leader Interview
STEP 4
Appear for Final-round Interview
If shortlisted, your final Interview will be scheduled within 3 to 7 days

Industry leaders interview round
- Discuss your vision, professional journey, and program readiness with industry experts, including to solve a case study as part of the interview.
- Note: The admissions committee may request an additional Industry Leaders Interview round if needed.
STEP 5
Receive Your Admission Decision
- Admission results will be communicated within 3-5 days of your interview process completion.
- Successful candidates will receive an offer to join the program and further details on onboarding.
- Students will have 7 days to decide whether they want to join the program

- Recognised accomplishments in the field of work with an established company
- Consultant at tier 1/2 consulting firms

Eligibility Criteria
- Proven leadership and strong professional achievements
- Leadership position in organisations/college clubs
- Applying early significantly enhances the chances of receiving a scholarship. This allows admission counselors ample time to thoroughly review the application before presenting it to the scholarship committee
- Scholarship decisions are based on established rules and are at the discretion of the Scaler Impact Foundation and scholarship sponsors. Please note that once decisions are made, they are final and will not be reconsidered
